On 15 February 2007, Konsortium-Merino will be offering at least 200 rams for sale, without compromising quality. For every ram or group of ewes bought on the 12th production sale, the buyers’ name will be thrown into a hat. The more you buy, the better your chances of winning the 200cc Honda Bushlander motorbike.
Christmas doesn’t only come around in December. The Konsortium have decided that, in order to extend the opportunity of winning this motorbike to more of their clients, they will also include the names of the buyers from the 11th production sale, in the draw. The lucky draw will take place at the 13th production sale which will be held on 6 September 2007 on Dombietersfontein. In order for you to win the bike, you will have to be present at the time of the spring draw.
The offering of 200 rams is huge, compared to the average of 47 per auction, which was the case for the 60 Merino sales held in 2006. Of the approximately 1500 Konsortium-rams born in autumn 2005, 305 were entered for this sale. Cobus Vivier, Braam Coetzee, Willie Kotze and Louis Hayward did the final selection. They testify to the high quality of the rams.
